Different Materials & Colours

I use many different materials for my work such as vintage bone china, sea pottery, a large variety of glass and ceramic mosaic tiles, charms, resin shapes, mirror, beads, shells, glass beads, ceramic charms, baubles, and more! I love to mix mediums and try new combinations to make unusual and interesting pieces. I love the way mosaics catch the light, so I use a lot of sparkling materials. I also use a range of different coloured grouts to finish the pieces and acrylic paints to finish the backs. For outdoor items everything is pre prepped . There is always something new to make and that is the fascination and enigma of mosaics.
